Status of the products
Raviun is in testing and Raviun™ hardware is in development. No purchase, pre-order, subscription or delivery date is offered on this site. Descriptions, imagery and mode names are concepts or previews unless labelled otherwise; conceptual specifications are not final.
Safety
Reality Modulation changes how a scene is presented. Do not use altered modes while driving, operating machinery, near traffic or stage edges, or where accurate visual judgement matters. If you experience discomfort, stop and switch to neutral. Raviun makes no medical claims and does not enhance vision or hearing. See Safety.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or app, attempt to bypass safety limits, interfere with other users, or use the products to violate music licensing or platform terms. Streaming integrations are subject to those services' own terms.
Intellectual property
Reality Modulation, RM Lens and RM Core are brands of Reality Modulation. Raviun™ is a claimed trademark; ™ denotes a claimed mark and no federal registration is asserted. Raviun is a product name. Patents pending. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission.

The site and testing builds are provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Reality Modulation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or test builds.
